Complex operations,
under control.
Vertex UIP is an enterprise platform that helps organisations manage operational flow, understand dependency, and surface risk before it costs them.
Large organisations rarely fail because nobody was working hard. They fail because the picture was incomplete — information sitting in systems that do not talk to each other, dependencies nobody could see until one of them broke, and risk that only became visible once it had already happened.
Sharay Tech builds Vertex UIP to close that gap. One environment where operational data is held once, stays current, and shows the organisation what is actually going on.
Operational flow
Work, resources and progress in one place, rather than spread across systems that were never designed to speak to one another.
Dependency, made visible
Understand what depends on what, and what happens downstream when something moves — before it moves.
Risk, surfaced early
Capture risk precisely and see it coming, rather than recording it after the fact.
About
Why Vertex UIP exists
Most organisations running complex delivery operate several systems that were each good at one thing and never designed to work together.
The result is familiar to anyone who has worked in that environment. Information is out of date by the time it reaches a decision. Dependencies stay invisible until something breaks. Risk gets recorded after the event rather than caught before it.
That fragmentation is not a problem nobody noticed. It is one the market has recognised for years and never properly solved, because solving it means building something with real operational depth that remains usable by the people who actually do the work. Those two requirements have long been treated as a trade-off.
Vertex UIP is built on the position that they are not.
How we work
Four commitments
Depth without difficulty
Capability that stands up to serious operational use, in an interface people will actually adopt. If the field team will not use it, the data is not real.
One version of the truth
Information entered once, current everywhere, with no reconciliation step between systems.
Evidence over assertion
Our product decisions come from research and from what customers tell us, not from what we assume they want.
Honest about where we are
We are an early-stage company building something substantial. We say what is built, what is being built, and what is planned — and we do not blur the three.
What we do
What Vertex UIP addresses
An enterprise software platform delivered as a service, designed for organisations that run complex, dependency-heavy operations and need a single, current view of them.
Operational flow
Plan, sequence and track work across the organisation in one environment, with progress reflected as it happens.
Dependency management
Model the relationships between activities, resources and outcomes, so downstream effects are visible immediately.
Complexity handling
Built for operations with many interacting parts, where scale and interdependency are the norm.
Risk intelligence
Capture, quantify and monitor risk against live operational data, so exposure is identified early enough to act on.
Integration
Designed to connect with the enterprise systems organisations already run, rather than requiring them to be replaced.
Adaptive interface
Different roles need different views. An executive, a planner and a site engineer see what is relevant to them.
The team
Founded by a practitioner
Fariz founded Sharay Tech to build the platform he could not find while delivering capital and engineering programmes. He holds an MSc in Project Management and a BEng in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, and has spent over five years delivering multidisciplinary programmes across energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial automation.
Join the pilot programme
We are building a pilot cohort of organisations willing to evaluate Vertex UIP in their own environment. Participation is free and non-binding.
